Need Help Posting Pictures

Im having trouble posting pictures to the site. any advice? like when i do it, there is a link I just want the picture just to be up with no link.

but upload your pic(s) to flickr or photobucket and then copy the direct link and paste it in a thread than highlight it and click on the tree thing.
