Need help READ

Ok so my starnut is messed up somehow and the bolt woulnt come out I have HIC but it's pretty loose like idk what to do its not coming off for some reason when I try and loosin it the bolt just spins inside the starnut but it's not stripped what can I do to get the bolt out?

What worked for me was have the allen grip on the bolt pull the bolt while loosening it.

I tried that its really hard to get loose and isn't doing much

That happened to me once, I got a bolt ran it up through the bottom of my forks, and just hammered away
