need help with compression systems

ok so im about to get a sweet ass setup and i want to be running threadless forks (FID - 110mm Aluminum Threadless Forks) and a threadless headset (Cane Creek - S3) so i know im going to have to run a compression system,so can someone explain those 3 types in the SR store,inverted,standard and hidden,and it would be good to also tell me whats the advantages and disadvantages of all the threadless stuff,thanks

standard compression system is the one that looks like a clamp, its in my opinion the easiest to use. watch the movie on http://protoscooters.com/ that shows you exactly how it works
the ICS puts a startnut in your bars and runs a bolt up through the bottom of your forks into the star nut. you still have to use a standard clamp as well. cheapest method idk how well it works though iv never used it.
as for hidden compression i have no early idea how it works.

^ hidden compression uses a shim. you can only use hidden compression with 1 3/8" chromo bars. you put a starnut in your bars, and then you put the shim over the fork. then tighten the compression bolt. after that you just bolt your bars on over the shim and you are good to go
