NEED HELP WITH TATTOO DESIGNS

okay so i see alot of you on here are real sweet in photoshop and whatever you use so here i go with my speech.
At the xtreme wheels scooter comp july 2009 i got some crazy uneven star tattoos in some random place in chinatown right before the banks jam with my razor money. i am sorta bored with them and really need help with someone who can help me add to my original stars.

Im not good at drawing but i haves a idea.
Have like a hott ass chick laying down behind the star and like the girls head/shoulder and arm is on one side and the legs hangin off the other side. you know what im sayin?

Go to a tattoo shop and have someone draw something up for you. They'll do much better than us, cause it's their job. And they could probably do something big (if you wanted that) to cover both those stars.

put a smile on your stomach and add eyes in the stars and make them star shaped sunglasses

get a pattern in it or get them filled in as nautical stars and in super script-y writing "I AM NOT A SAILOR"

Before I installed joomla, I installed other CMS via cpanel-fantastisco. The installation is very easy, but I dont like that CMS so I decided to installed joomla via cpanel also. But this time I am getting error saying I already installed joomla and cant create the database. I cant I installed the previous CMS via cpanel because I think some files are missing. Please help. Thanks
