What star nut does my friend need and does a regular pro doub clamp work? if it does not, what kind and where could he get it at?

He needs to get a 1 1/4 starnut. You need a shim for a pro clamp OR you can get a 1 1/4 bmx clamp. They have them here www.danscomp.com
