NEED Oversized heat treated 4130 bars (preferably Y or gussets)

I'm 6' 4'' and need to be able to personally talk to manufacturers to make me a custom pair of oversized tall bars, companies like Lucky or TSI (not companies like Envy, Addict, and FrID who are mainstream and have predetermined wholesale sizes.)

What oversized 4130 heat treated bars are all out there? I know there are a couple T's out there (TSI Heptrons) but was hoping to get oversized treated bars that are more like Proto Slayers or Phoenix Suicides. Proto isn't oversized. Bars like RAD aren't heat treated as it seems with Lucky as well, neither are Phoenix oversized bars. Please help me out. I'm just trying to get back into riding after I've been out for 2.5 years and I just want to build a strong scoot that fits my body dimensions after having grown 6 more inches. Thanks.

With Chromoly heat treating isn't as necessary, so you should be fine with any 4130 chromoly bars, but I wouldn't get oversized if I were you. If you want heat treat, you are clearly worried about strength, so get an SCS and standard size heat treated bars.

I figure for a bunch of money, I might as well get bars burlier without adding extra weight to them just like how every pair of Chromo BMX bars is. I'd much rather HIC, SCS seems like it's overkill to me. More weight for more money while still doing what the HIC does while the HIC does it in a cleaner fashion, again, very similar to what every standard bike uses, ya know?

Well, HIC still requires bars to have a slit, which is a big weak point for bars. I think Tom was suggesting SCS because it doesn't require a slit, making the bars stronger. No slit is going to affect your bars much more than heat treatment.

Edit: I'm 6'1 which obviously isn't 6'4, but it's close and I've been riding 20 high while waiting for my 24's to come. I think if you get 24 high with the possibility to add 1.5-2in with an SCS you really don't need custom bars.

Yeah, it doesn't matter if your bars are heat treated or not, if you have a slit (necessary for HIC) you are bound to snap them. It creates a huge weak spot. And if you're worried about weight, get like a tilt, or Proto baby SCS, and you could get bars that are like 24 tall with no slit and make them 25.5 or 26. If you like the look of suicides, get them. I've never seen suicides broken anywhere but at the slit. I'd talk to tsi for custom bars, I think that your best bet there too.

Get HIC raderalls and put em in a big Proto SCS, It will feel and look awesome and never break.

I'm running stock (24 tall) Suicides in a Tilt LT SCS, making them 25.5 tall. These bars are really strong, and the SCS is really high quality. It has 8mm bolts, so they don't strip nearly as easy as a Proto SCS does.
