i really doubt you will be able to sell it that cheap dude, the welding will cost you like $15 on its own and powdercoating cost $20, uk is just too expensive, have you even looked into how much the metals will cost you yet. shipping will also be about $40 to the us.

but your all wrong about the wieght sr forks and stock forks are steel.

Lol you dont need home depot for metal. I can get metal from a metal supplier a 20 min drive from my house.
