This is the TSI Flowmaster scissor joint before welding
xyz013.jpg

This is the scissor joint after welding. NOTE: Welded on the bottom of the down tube
xyz015.jpg

This is the TSI Flight Deck before welding
xyz018.jpg

This is the Flight after welding Note: no weld on the bottom but still strong as f#*k
xyz019.jpg

So I welded the Threshold the same way
xyz026.jpg

Now we made a few changes the the Threshold...
4643 welding rod. go ahead ask the other deck makers if they use this rod they will probably say this dosn't exist, or are you crazy that stuff cost 5 times more!
xyz025.jpg

We drilled a hole in the head tube in increase venting for heat treat, and cooling prosess
xyz008.jpg

We added pess in spacers to the back to make it easier for you to put your wheel in.
xyz011.jpg

We cut slots in the bottom to weld the down tube just like the FM1 and FM2
xyz004.jpg

Now this is how you can tell the V2 it has two more welds on the bottom
xyz007.jpg

its funny how things have come full circle. This deck I belevieve will be as strong or stronger than the FM2 and most have lasted longer than 3 years (smileyface)

Coming from a v2i... Which would feel better? Length wise. The hep? or the 20? Sorry for the overload of questions.. Just trying to make sure I get the right one.
