Sorry to make a thread about this but does anybody know if the Pro Model foldy reinforcemnt plate things bolt up with New A Models? Obvoiusly the actual bolts for the New A foldy don't match up with the Pro Model plate, but do the 2 bolts on each side of the deck line up? Thanks.

Yea, I'm talking about that plate except will a Pro Model plate fit in a New A model with the side holes matched up.

JDben, i'm sure you've never had experience with new a b/pro foldys, so please don't give him advice in here, thanks.

first of all corey, if you're gonna put in the pro model front reinforcement plate thing then you would have to use the pro model plates. like BK said in his tut, (even though a B model plate is one plate, and pros use two) they're gonna bend. i would just use the new a plate, its a lot stronger, and you can just put in the side bolts like normal.

if your using pro model plates, then i really dunno if it would fit, i've never tried to put one in a new a.

BUT, make sure a b model foldy mech will fit on the new a, because new new as are too skinny.

Thanks someone woh actually knows what there talking about lol, but what do you mean by New New As? The one I have is like shorter than a B model came with a wheelie bar, and had like 98mm wheels, so is this the right model to use?

Yea.. And I'm pretty sure I'm going to listen to some one who has alot more experience on this site, rather than some one who has been on for a few months.

you may look at me and say i have no experience but i ride a new a b foldy. b full plates work better in my opinion but the pro plats should work just fine. :) ............... if the plates fit in sideways nicely than you have the right model. they usually come with the small cored wheels.
