new bars

Go to Home depot/Hardware store. Bring your T-tube and find a steel/aluminum bar that fits perfectly through your T-tube. Then just drill 2 holes and bolt it. LOCK????

^^^make pegs. Easy. Get a long bolt that is the same width as your back axle, but way longer. Put it in the back, and fill the side that sticks out with old bearings. Tighten it with a LOCKING BOLT. Tighten it enough so that it will stay on, but not too much so the bearings can spin, so you can grind basically any surface. And do the same with the front, but just get a bolt that's a little shorter.
