new bmx bike soon what to get?

Ok so I have not touched my bmx bike in 3 years. To much messin around with skating and motocross. Now today I went to this new park by my house and had so much fun. However the time has come for a new bike. Should I build one custom or just buy a stock one and buy new parts later? my last bike was a gt it had a 19.5 inch frame loved that size.
Here is what I want
-like I said I loved that 19.5 inch frame so somthing under 20.5 inches (im small)
-under 400$
-I like the frames that are super angled ex. black eye killroy but are those any good?
-under 26 pounds
-Somthing that can handle street park and dirt i do em all

low profile frames like the black eye killarado, killroy, etc. suck complete ass. weakest design ever.
id get an amber. really well priced, great looking, and amazing performance.
if your looking for a more mainstream brand id go with fit or united; but pretty much all stock bikes are the same so it doesnt really matter.

Nah just a different cog I think, depending on the hub, idk how many are interchangeable. I would just look for a bike with stock 25-9 gearing, that's becoming the standard so any decent bike will have it.

a stolen Wrap is a pretty good bike for the price.
