Just got this yesterday.. Power mac G5, 250GB hard drive.. 23"inch Widescreen moniter, 2ghrz of RAM..
And Final Cut Studio..HD
Very Sexy set up.. and very happy with it.
all up costed about $8000. but definatly worth it.. hehe

i got a new computer for an 8/th of what that costs and it will do more than that one can handle.

DVD burner/ card reader

ive spent about 700 bucks and im not done with monitors and a new video card.

gotta learn FCP first though. it's pretty easy, just like premiere pro (because adobe copied FCP) but it's not easy. good luck though, phil.
