Consumer camera dont get much better than Ricky and Josh's HDRVXWLV whatever they are, i cant remember the name, and Jasons VX2100 unless theyre getting DVX100a's, if theyre getting sony beta cams to film scooters, lol to that.

This is my parents Work studio, there is soo much shit ther(im not telling how much it is all worth)..
the big Computer on the left hand side it Timegate with Speen razor installed in to it with a 500gb harddrive.. very snazzy/complicated to use.
The 4 big blace machines are Digital s mini DV adn Super VHS players..the 2 big cameras are Dy27 And KY27..and i tell u if we didnt by them we would be driving a new Bmw...lol
4 high quality moniters.. 3 DVD recorders and burners.
my G5 hehe and final cut...
3 sound and image mixers...
a chair
and 4 sound blockage componets..
and full serious of Back trax dvd and programs..

Moniters,Timegate/speedrazor and sound boards..

Speechless...

That JVC camera sitting there in the last picture is a peice of trash. I have a model from the same series, the CCD will eventually just die on it, it will work at random times for awhile then it just completly dies and JVC won't fix it unless you pay.

I really hate the thought of microdrive camcorders. Hard drives are just way shady on a camera if you ask me. Same with dvd-r camcorders. As I said in my last post. I'd stick to MiniDV. Way more reliable when you need footage backed up.

Yeah, HD's in cameras is sketchy as shit. Especially in extreme sports, where the cameras get hit somtimes, i could see a hit fucking the harddrive up (like that old clip when your scooter flew at your cam in that box footage Josh, haha).The harddrive can get fraggmented and all that crazy shit, i dont know if they give you tools to clean up the HD though.
