Damn. That's a lot of bending. I'd make it out of square tubing instead of the flat bars.

Yea, it's good to see people designing stuff but it is definitely far from flawless. Those 4 screws would snap in about 2 seconds of riding and if they managed to last any longer then that then the deck would bend in half and that thing would not be light at all. The front and rear of the deck is a solid block of metal and that adds up real quick when you are talking about weight.Madis said:I'm pretty glad to see some new exciting new ideas from other people.

The middle deck rails are too flat = it'll bend.
Plus, most likely those screws will snap if you'd pull the bars back or manage to bend the dropouts way too much up.

what happens if he use titanium it wouldnt bend would be cheep tho idn bout and heavy duty screws tho
