New Divi55's any good? said:I recently found an old Division55 85a I got back when they first came out, slapped it on and loved the way it rode. Problem is that I was too heavy for the wheel and made it flex when going for flairs or hip tricks. I ended up chunking it up on day two . Any body had any experience with the 87 or 90a Div55's? I'm on the heavy side so i usually need harder wheels. Only soft wheel that's lasted me more than a month were Eagle 100mm 85a's but I didn't like them too much.

Well I ended up getting the 90a's and they are.......fucking AWESOME. By far the fastest and strongest 100mm out there. Might be a little bit slick for some lighter riders but I had zero slippage issues even with sketchy landings(although I'm over 200 pounds haha). I hit a 12 stair rail and landed in a big crack, rode away and thought I was screwed but there was a little 1/16" deep tear in the wheel. I rode the brake down a hill for a little bit and it went away. These wheels are the good shit. The yellow cores and blue urethane are retro as hell but everyone at the skatepark thought it was tight.
