New Eagle Sports?

So I kind of lost touch with the industry but i started at looking at some of the new products that have come out recently. One thing I've noticed is that eagle sport released some new style wheels. The signature wheels were re-designed. The new rory cor wheel will go nice with my deck.
But did Eagle sport really do anything different besides a couple re-designs? Are the still the same shitty Urethane that everyone hate and has problems with?

theyre only gonna last you if you're a clean rider and never land a sketchy trick

but nah the only difference i've seen and known of to the urethane is the decal thing that runs across, which is pretty much nothing

but if you're like a tech or big air rider, examples of styles that have clean riders, then these would probably work out for you

if you do like quad whips and buttercups then no

I've had an Eagle chunk as I rode off a gutter, and another chunk as I was doing a fakie. I let my friend borrow one of my Eagles that had hardly been ridden, he had it on the front and it chunked when he was riding home. They would have to be some of the weakest wheels on the market.

The old ones used to chunk yeah.. i havent chunked one in about a year?
My friend chunked and flattened the core of his spoked Eagles in a month and that was a few months ago. If they haven't changed anything with this new lot of Eagles, (which I don't think they have besides the logo on the side) they will still suck.

Back to the original post, dont get Eagles. Hollowtech's are slightly better than regular full core sigs or whatever but they all still suck.

ive had my eagles for like a year. Theyre pretty good. But theyre really hit and miss. some batches are godlike while others last ten minutes like old yak wheels
