It can make obstacles look big with all the distortion

you cant ask which one is better


a 35mm is like a portrait lens kinda and its good for like lots of things
a 14mm is a really wide angle lens thats good for like landscapes i guess
the 8mm fisheye is a fisheye, its for like filming skating if you need a fisheye

you probably shouldn't get a prime lens if this is your first lens.

i would have to go with this. you are trying to compare apples to oranges. all 3 of these lenses are used for different things. I would personally go with the 35mm because if youre making videos, having a fisheye in every shot gets annoying real quick.
