new promodel steering problem

Its at the neck / headtube. In those picture Max Pudans posted , the second one is showing a headtube / neck. I call it the neck.

There are 2 things with the neck between it. Those are the headsets. Top and bottom.

I soaked my old FSA pig bearings in alchohol in a sealed bottle. After a while , it started rusting. I was told that if there is no air or no water , it can't rust . Probably I thought that there was no water but alcohol is something like water.

Wait. I think theres a percentage of water or something else. Not sure.I was soaking it for days though. 3 - 5 days.

There was obviously air in it, unless you had some sort of vacuum going on in the bottle, but I doubt that. And yeah there's water in gas, it just gets less as you go up in octane. So if you used AV gas it'd probably take longer to rust. But I still wouldn't recomend using gasoline.

According to the, "Cleaning and Soaking your bearings" video by Dan Warwick you should only soak them for 5 minutes. Thats what I did and I got no rust and it spins like a dream.
