NEW PROTOTYPE fork!

This is a fork that i made today in about 1 hour. idk if it looks like much and the welds arnt the best i just started to weld about a week ago. tell me what you think, and its very strong/also has a star nut welded in the forktube thats bigger than normal for the `RAD` compression system and could work with the SCS from proto. If i get enough positive feedback ill think about making them to sell. also this is a O offset fork btw. ill be making another one thats not

Not bad actually but id be afraid it would bend.

What material is it made out of?
Actually you should make a quarter of a circle style.

That would be gay........

How would it be "gay"?

Triangular stems would bend so much easier.
Triangle=3 SIDES & 60 degree angles(If made equalangular)!!!!
As for the idea I posted up it would be much stronger and lighter.
Think about it, less welds, less weak points. 3 welds on 3 different
pieces of steel equals disaster.

Make the fork .83 diameter tube & threadless & zero offset. !lol

As for what "shape" the stems could be just do this!

Make two different forks
Make a triangular stems like people suggested.
Then make a quarter of a circle stems.
Ride both of them or send them out to rider for them to test.

Gather up the feedback and decide on which model you should do.
I say the triangular design will look and perform bad.

im guessing i should make them with a triangle, and whoever said that there to thin then your wrong there 1/8 of an inch steel MIG welded, the way i put them together but theres no need for thicker metal...
