new scooter dropout problem

i snappend my old scooter in half.
but then i got a new one from a friend its a Old A
the dropouts are totally off by like a 1/8 of an inch
one sits higher than the other. is there anything i can do?

i no a girl scooterer in west cheaster and yea with brian after i started breaking my scooters my friends that did not scoot gave all tehres till i broke every1 now i have to buy a pro which should be here tommorow thank god

out of the like 20 scoots ive broken at least 10 have been bought off friends

but u can tig weld aluminum, but our tig welder in school is broken
