That design would need a lot of heavy machining so that's not a cheap work for that design. Besides, dropouts should at least be extended so it won't snap or else it would snap easier than a pro-model.

I agree. There is a lot of work that goes into something like that. How are you going to make the actual? Welding is very expensive too so you would have to know how to weld, ect.
I love the design, but I think that would cost too much to fabricate and produce, it would cost more than a whole promodel with mods.
im doing everthing my self i now how to and have access to everything

There is no way you could get a profile like that anywhere, so this design is not practical in any way. And, no, we don't need no folding mechanism. Also it's unnecessary to employ construction features from existing scooters as they were designed with other purpose in mind. Be open minded and think of something completely new and practical.
what do you mean you cant get a profile? it is practical cause i can make it so. and and just making it cause itll be fun so you dont have to be a jerk about it. lets see ur ideas

theres no point in a folding mech if its not gonna fold anyway

If so then i guess that
1) you have some uber1337 contacts;
2) or you have $$$;
3) or you're just in high opinion of yourself. But i don't know your age (no birthday marked on your profile) so i don't know wether i should consider a child's imagination or a grown-up's real idea. I'd doubt that a grownup would come up a design like that which is weaker than a razor pro-model.

But if you're like 100% sure that you wanna make this deck, fine, go ahead. I personally can't come to you and stop you from making it, i'd be amazed if you really would get some deck made practically like you said.

edit: and dude, what does folding mech has to do with headsets? You don't need a folding mechanism to change headsets because they are totally diffirent parts. You won't have to get rid of the whole headtube just to change headsets, headsets can be punched out from the heattube.

my grandfather owns a business and they make stuff kinda similar but not really but they have probly 8 different welders a machine shop and tons of other stuff so all i have to buy is the metal. and im still working on the design to make it stronger so chill out

whats with you and making new pages?

and i think i have to agreed that the deck should be completely redesigned. your copying off razor, thier decks are mass manufactured and made from one piece so to make that deck without welding and from one piece would cost a fortune and it just wouldnt look right welded.

hey leave the kid alone if it works for him let him make it

i personally love that design. make me one

if it fails he will learn.

someone should make a wider scooter like an inch wider on each side or a razor pro type with interchangle decks like those micro scooters

Noob

jk, this one is old though, I have a way better one with accurate dimensions and all but it looks more or less like that.

As for the profiles, unless you're a mass manufacturer you can't get steel and aluminium profiles in much more shapes than circular, square or rectangular pipes. Unless are willing to go crazy with a welder and put it together from flat pieces I don't think you will be able to make it.

I wouldn't question that dude haha, his heavy metal scooter 1 and 2 is amazing and his break concepts as well as deck concepts are fucking good too.

Anyway, go ahead and make it man there are plenty of people out there that will put you down for suggesting something just do it man and see if they are right or wrong...
