also i think the stems will be the same but with the PROTO logo on the top which ADA will do for them, I may be wrong though...

Doubt it. They'll probably be custom made, maybe machined, with smoother edges than the ADA stems.
And of course a proto logo on top

Same thing as normal Protos, or "Grippers," but the urethane is different, it's harder.
