So you think your gonna ride scooters for your whole life? Get your head out of your butt and use some sense dude. No one will be scootering their whole life, First off you cant make a living doing it, and second eventually youll get too old to ride one, Everyone moves on at one point. Just the thought of that is insanely funny

Anyways, if our opinions dont matter to you at all, what was the point of making this thread?

(kyle ogle) lol

The point for this thread was insight.
And you are right we all do move on. And No at this point in time we cannot make a living off of our sport. But tghere was a time when BMX and skate couldn't either.
Show motivation towards something you ride unless it's just a useless hobby to you.
I don't ride because i'm board and it gives me something to do. I ride because i love it it's been a passion of mine for over 6 years. So even when i am old and am incapable of ridding.. i will do as much as i can to push and motivate the sport for future generations.

Yeah and supporting the sport is definately not a bad thing, but you dont have to get a tattoo to do it, be honest with yourself. Think what people would think to see that kind of tattoo on someones arm, they would probably think your a crazy lunatic, Spread the word by wearing shirts and talking to people about why you like this sport, that way it doesnt make you look like a crazy man.

And once again be honest with yourself, when you stop scootering and get a job and your raising a family, your probably arent gonna be caring for the sport anymore haha.

Be Honest with myself?! LMAO You're dumb. I already work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. And I'm almost 20 years old. I work a full time job and i ride scooters full time as well.
Guess you just don't have as much devotion as others.
Pathetic.

I hate tatoos and would never get one... but i don't get what your going off on him for. Scooters play a big role in most of our lives. If i got a tat i would probably consider having scootering involved with the tat, not a straight up scooter but maybe have my tat represent scootering in some way. If it something you want on you forever, have it mean something, like scooters do.

And yeah i don't plan to stop scootering, who cares if you get old? I see old ass dudes at the skatepark all the time shredding that live normal lives. I think it would be sweet to take my kid to a park. Dylan's dad shreds bowls and pools still and he looked like he was in his 40s when i was at his house.

btw theres people getting old in the sport. Andrew and Toy got years on everyone. I don't know Toy's income, but i'd figure hes getting some cash out of editing RVM4, and Ricky probably got some for doing RVM3. Andrew probably stuffs his pockets a bit with the store. No one in living off the sport right now because were all sitting around waiting for it to blow up and not blowing the sport up by ourselves.

On my right arm.

It's hard to explain..

but it's like half before my elbow and that other half after. So if i hold my arm like i am in a sling in forms a scooter.

its pretty much showing his devotion to it and that at it was a big part of his life, nothing wrong with that.

chris explodes because im sure he hates it when people say things like "hes going to quit in a year" or similar things along that line just as i do.

If you dont have a little faith in it and give some effort to make it bigger then i dont think you should be complaining about how you arent going anywhere with it. Otherwise its just a hobby of yours you will just forger about once people stop giving you attention on sr.
