I'm not sure why, I think it's because so many people want them and not many people over there have them and they think you don't deserve it yet because you are only just starting. Don't worry about it, you gotta start somewhere, and imo the better scoot you have to learn on the easier/better it is to learn. DO NOT get the wrong idea from that, I don't wanna see kids who can't bunny hop riding phoenix decks with crows and scorchers.
