haha no worries dude, they don't work because they're a 1 3/8 outer diameter. that means that they are oversize. but since theyre aluminum, they have to be thicker in order to be as strong as steel. so the inner diameter is 1 1/8. also, forks have an outer diameter of 1 1/8
baby scs needs bars that are 1 1/4 in order to fit (chromoly bars)
HIC needs oversize bars (1 3/8) with an inner diameter of 1 1/4.
since aluminum has to be thicker to be the same strength, in order to work with baby scs they would need to be 1 1/4 outer diameter. however if they were that size they would have a 1 inch inner diameter, meaning they wouldnt slide over forks. they would have to be 1 1/2 outer diameter to work with HIC, but then no aftermarket clamps that are currently made would fit.
