I'm getting it welded. Then i'll make up a deckplate for it at work and i have a spare brake.

The heat treatment from TSI should still give it strength after welding and Probably around 250 given i paid 280 for it shipped.

Yeah I probably should have said that, the street is Marine Parade and there are a bunch of hotel type things on the waterfront, probably a bit expensive though.
