Noes Manuels

---2 footed one foot on mech and the other in the mid deck.. try learning them with the bars raised if possible for more leverage.. then just find ur balance point..
---1 footed same setup as before just what ever foot isnt on the mech take off and use for balance.. once again start them with ur bars up higher for leverage.(one footed is easier to find ur balance point)
---one handed . there are a couple ways to do this.. dan barrett does them with his hand inbetween the bars for even force being put on it.. but if u have a lil more muscle in ur arm try doing them with ur hand still on the grip. ( yea they are harder but they look sexier on camera)
---1 handed 1 footed- same as steps 2 and 3 just combine them...haha
---no handed. these are i think the hardest of all.. an i think i was the only one to do a decent sized one in my sponsor vid.. i do mine opposite ski ( both feet positioned up front on the sides of the mech and ur toes hangin off slightly put ur bars a little lower than ur belly button and just lean foward and u gotta balance with ur free hands.

------thats all i no about nose mannys

na nohand pogos ar hard and cool, i prefer to look stuff like that then look stuff what ive already seen ( backflips n tricks ).. havent touched those combos like ages coz im park now but yeh you guys who doesnt have parks shud start riding flat ( points to shortyjordy ) .. i got like 2080 crades nohanded pogo with fucking fast spinning and i falled down to ground hardly but yeh lets stay in this topic.
learn one footed nosemanuals, start making lines in ground, like 1 ft line, if u do it with one foot nose manny then make 2 ft line and so on.. if you got um.. 10 meters? or more i duno how much feet it is then start learning nosemannys.. its pretty easy if you put your leg to folding mech but it looks ugly..
