my heels used to be way fucked up, where if i landed a trick wtih any heel drag at all i had to ice it for like 10 minutes, taking off and putting on my shoes killed and i had those dr scholls gel things and for me they were worthless..

yea they were kinda uncompforatable for me too but maybe u just have to get used to them? I dont know but w/e. lol. my knees hurt. I need to rest form riding a couple days. its cool too because my good scooter is in a bike shop getting a new FSA Pig Pro put on it!!!

omfg I was at this school pretty far form my house. and I was going for a tripple sideways of this pretty high curb and my fucking bars snappe doff! I thoght it was the fork at first but then the god damn tube SMACKED my fucking wrist and I had a FAT ass bump but its going down. omfg I was so mad because Kyle had to run home and I had to walk thru the ghetto by myself. I was sooo scared lol.
