i used to do that doing frontscooterflips...i wouldnt let go of the bars until wayy late, so the clamp would always rub my wrist and shit..but now i let go early and flip it with one hand, makes for easier landings anyways haha...
and usually in the spring when i start riding again, i land tricks weird and pull a muscle in my back, like near my shoulder..it hurts like hell and i take a break for a few weeks and then it feels better for mostly the whole summer
