I searched.
I can't get my brake back on. I don't know why, the bolt is fine, the brake is fine, it's the motherfucking spring. The bolt won't go through the spring, so I push/compress the spring down as far as humanly possible and it won't go. I tried with 2 different springs. Is there a special way to put a brake on? I have a MGP sig deck and brake if that helps

Yeah same with me, its pretty hard/tricky.
What i do is put something in there (a long bolt or something) thats smaller that the hole or maybe the same size to align them first, preferably not the bolt your using. You might have to hammer it through.
Then try to get the bolt through without damaging the threads on it.

NOTE: Pushing the brake down/moving it around HARD can align the spring/everything better.

Its pretty fiddle-e.
Or make a flexfender like i did :D

no, and they wont get in your way especially if you get ones with really flat heads.

check the dates? WTF? SO the way I read that I drill the hole, then drill a hole the size of the nut head halfway in so the bolt sits flush? What if I fuck up my deck?

mike do you have your head in the clouds?
anyway, have you tried.. threading it in? i know it sounds retarded but it helps me sometimes and if it works you have a dialled brake.

like.. pushing it doesn't work sometimes, rotate the bolt clockwise.

Yeah I know the brake goes inside the deck, but it gets attached to the top part of the deck not the bottom
