ok im getting a striker fork and it already has a starnut installed.
I'm not going to be riding an SCS so should what type of compression should I use?
also my bars have slits and have a strnut installed in them aswell

ICS, but since you have a starnut in the fork ull have to take it out unless your ICS bolt has threads all the way through

if he took the starnut out of bars, could he use hic

you can use hic of you get hic bars or you can the the star nut out and use ics
