He needs to be dealt with, I didn't want to ban him without discussion, but I am in favor of just permabanning him. Especially after his posts in that mods thread, his last post in there seemed like he was just expecting to be banned.

Just saw the thread. If you want to go through with a ban PM him first and tell him what actually happened. I have started PMing people before I hand out a ban and it actually really helps tone down the shit we get for bans.
