york is a outdoor free park thats pretty good.( it doesnt have a website)

EDIT: there is an indoor park but its super uber goober small but its really cheap

im 15 in october
outdoor gets pretty busy, some chavs but they wont do out.(they have never said out to me nor started a fight, just smoked and complaining about there bikes and other peoples bike).
street spots will be empty i would have thought
