Hey rob, completely off topic but I couldn't help but notice in nates signature that you used to be named raziel? Sounds like some kind of persian name lol

All you have to do is practice. There really is not much else to say that will help. Flipping over your bars isn't really a bad thing. It means you are leaning forward enough, you just gotta be able to stay back more.
When I was learning nose manuals, I would set a goal to reach by the end of the sesh. Use chalk or just remember some cracks in the ground. Go out and don't stop until you meet that goal. The next day, (or later that day), make the marks bigger. Eventually nose manuals will be a cinch, and you'll be able to hold them as long as possible.

i got mad good at nosemanuals finally, then tried to get it on my box that i just fixed.
clipped the front fractured my elbow, then had to get surgery the next day. it sucks haha
but nose manuals are a bitch. to learn. just keep your arms straight, and when you do them on to something like a curb or a box, make sure you are above the curb/box before you fully commit, cause you dont want to clip it lol.

just commit, put your foot on the headtube while your learning them because if you uncomfortable you can just take your foot off and ride in hang five.
