Not able to get pass a gear

So This is my bike CPI GTR 50, its not letting me go pass a gear. Its stuck at the speed 47 and the RPM is at max. It was working in the morning of when it happened, the bike was normal but now its not. Any help? Since I can't do links google my bike. Thanks
