nut stuck on axel.

Edit: My axel is stuck on my nut is not all the way on it is brand new i was screwing it on and it was really hard to get on. finnaly I got it 1/4 on my allen key starts making a clicking noise like its stripped but its just a bolt, Im using the right allen key and socket. any help?

Check the spacers, they might be tight but they might move up and down on the axle.

Otherwise its the brake, and if it is just stuff a piece of rubber under the plastic sleeve.

If it was hard to screw on the whole way through, you probably put the nut on a bit crooked and just forced it to screw on anyways. The nut might be ruined, luckily they aren't hard to find.
