aren't they east to west pegs?

Theres a good chance they are. They makes pegs for several other companies as well. Manufactures there advertise with any photo they want to show a service they do. You cant just email them and say you want whats in the photo. You need to design, get prototypes, test, and then produce parts. All of which takes time and money. If you dont be careful and consumers dont like they product then your stuck with thousands of worthless items. You need to order thousands at a time in order to make it worth while. On top of that dont forget about design costs, machine set-up charges, shipping, vat taxes and customs/duty fees.

I contacted several machine shops and industrial companies in the U.S. that all laughed at the idea of making them because either i wasnt making hundreds of thousands or they thought the idea was stupid. They either came up with a bs excuse or gave me a price well over retail price becuase they didnt feel like taking it on.

Running a successful business is not easy. It takes several thousands of dollars and countless hours to even get a legit company started. Everyone should tip there hat to companies that produce the parts they do and stick their heads out on the line for you because without them the sport doesnt grow. If i added up all the time spent working vs. profit received id me making way less than anyone would make at a min wage job. We do it because we like to grow the sport. It takes several years to become successful and start to see returns on investments.

Ive personally spent a majority of my checking account/savings on East2West. I dont cut corners where it matters and the happiness of my customers is what matters most to me.
I took a huge risk, but thats what business is all about.
