yeah I don't see how you can possibly wear a Proto down in a month. I've been riding mine for 2-3 months now and I whore my brake and fakie sliders like there's no tomorrow, and they're still at least 108, if not 109. And I got my back wheel used.
Yea protos are the best wheels if you want to ride as slow as a turtle lol.
They do last longer then any other wheel that i know of but i cant stand going slow thats just me.

Unless you have the urge to ride like 60 miles an hour all the time Protos aren't slow. Mine aren't. There are wheels that are a bit faster but calling Protos slow is ignorant. Yaks are slow. Stock wheels are slow. Blunts are slow. Protos are on the higher end as far as wheels go, only behind Phoenixes and Eagles. At least that's my opinion.

Yea there slow compared to eagles and twizzlers. Ive been riding those for years and i got a pair of protos a while ago and tried to ride bowls with them and you had to try alot faster to jump extended spins and such. I rely on fast wheels for most of my riding thats why i said they were slow.
