I put my headphones on and cruise to the spot doin powerslides, bonks and jumpin over stuff, that gets me warmed up so when i get to the spot im good =]

Ive only been riding for a month but my warm up is ussually a stall on a curb to barspin to fakie to halfcab then 360 then disaster on curb to barspin to tire tap.

mine is prolly 360 flyout, tailwhip airout,, flow the bowl corners and hips feeble the manny pad air over the pyramid box
 
how i get warmed up

do a barspin
do a tailwhip
do a 360
do a downside
do some spinny barspins
do some fakies
do some small stuff in the fakies

thats how I WARM UP.... i dont know who does double backflip no handers to WARM UP.... js
