old a brake problem help!!!!!!

i took out the pin thing in the old a brake and i bent a pro spring and put in a pro brake and i used a bolt for the axle and i put my 100mm eagle on and the brake touches the wheel and i tried bending it up it wont work please help me!!!

Why would you replace an Old A brake with a Pro brake? They're basically the same.
