old a deck reinforcement

is it possible to reinforce an old a.if there is how?

put a aluminium or steel angle inside the tube parts to stop the deck from bending. you may have to wrap the angle in tape and hammer it in to keep it there. kinda like reinforcing your fork. you will have to find a size that slides in nicely without wobleing around too much. then you put 2 long bolts or 4 short ones thru the deck, reinforcment and dropouts. this will stop them from falling out when the welds crack all the way thru. like this..

never even thought of that but how does it make it stronger? it basically just keeps you from dying when your deck snaps.
