old A razors. I need help!!!

What bolts do u need to lock the old razor A folding mechnasium, coz none i've got seem to fit or work? Can u give specific bolt sizes and measurements plz. Also do u know any cheap mods, except full deck grip tape, new headset, handle bar grip and stuff plz?

(2) 2 1/2 inch 5/16 bolts
(1) 2 1/2 inch 3/8 bolt
+ a nut for each bolt
+ 2 washers for each bolt
