Hey, i havent rode a scooter in about 2 years =O... and its winter and i cant bmx =[...

sooooo i'm thinking of getting back into it for the winter so i have somehting to do, i've been browsing the forums to see whats going on these days and it seems to have grown alot...
can anyone catch me up?

ummm...well make sure you lock your folding mech, and clean and soak your bearings in alchohol, basic mods you probably remember.

razor and micro both went to Planet X-Games in February for the first ever scooter comp there, it sucked though cause it was only a minipipe comp and the mini was just terrible.

matt mckeen is still the street god
dylan kasson has improved incredibly and is one of the best riders out there
transit scooter tour, the first ever scooter tour of its kind, was released on dvd. you should get on, www.javisual.com i think.

yo jam, dunno if you remeber me, i met you back before i quit and restarted scooters on extreme sports channels website, i gave you the link to the micro extreme forums and i was called jdbug_rob. i made those noobish magazines too(spine scooter magazine).


anyway, terry price landed the first double backflip, also double backflip no hander.

and nows theres uk scooter sesh's that happen on a regular basis at corby skatepark.

=O ur kidding me? whens the next corby sesh, i live in northampton close enuf, most the people around here treat it as there local lmao...

i'm gunna get on a scooter for the winter i think, should be interesting, i was riding(bmx) with a few ppl at a stairset and my mate rode up on his scooter and i ended up decading down it lmao... made me miss scooter a little ='[ lmao...

oh another random thing, the mxscooters.com(or whatever the domain is now) is hard to navigate i cant get the thing to stay english and although i do a-level french its an effort working it all out??


oh and whats the best scooter i could get on mailorder to the uk right now?

i used to ride micro b's or a's (they confused me when they changed).. then a beautiful micro sprite that was modded to hell, but yeah that ended up wrecked (after i learned to barspin then snapped the forks)...

Ask that question and you'll be flooded with two choices: Razor Pro, or Razor Old style A. Anything else from razor is a piece of shaznat. I'm not sure about Micro's though.

get a jdbug b since you live in the UK. Just ask all the other UKers where they get theirs from haha. welcome back btw.

hha, i recon i'l get a razor pro, i think i know where i can get one from too hah... never liked jdbug really, dont know why either... and micro are awesome, my old sprite was amazing... i take it the razor pro comes with stock wheels? nothing metalcore? cus i might get a set of metalcores aswell, i used to go through wheels in no time

not sure on the next corby sesh, but im going on the 7th of jan, you may have gone back to school by then so idk. dude, you must be mistaken jdbug and razor have the same shape deck and folding mech, so if you don't like jdbug i wouldnt get a pro, if you change your mind get a jdbug from

and yeah i remember jdbugs as big clumsy things but that doent look too bad...
