That's why you get the regular, not the low. And cut down the headtube to your hieght. That is, unless you like to run wider than 18... Last I heard the low's are still 18 wide. I don't think they made them skinnier than the regulars.

Of course, just as they did before.

Little update for you guys. All these pictures you've seen going around, like the ones on Inside Scooters Blog. Those ARE NOT THE FINAL ULTRA PRO SAMPLE! That was one of the first samples Razor made. I saw the final sample for the Ultra Pro being produced right now. Now how is it different and/or better, you ask?!

There is no longer a need for the strip on the bottom, BUT, the entire deck is as thick as the strip would have been, had Razor left it. This includes the drop outs. Razor also added more metal to surround the wheel, which helps support where the Pro Models usually snap. The forks are now gussetted (i.e. for the naive: Striker forks have metal surrounding the wheel in front and back of the fork, that is a gussett). Now aside from the gussetts, the forks threads are also twice as thick as the previous Pro Models. The only cons I saw on it, aside from the typical crap griptape obviously, was the foam grips, they were going to do rubber, I guess they changed their mind. Although even the riders that showed to Scoot Ohio this past week, all run BMX grips, prefer BMX grips, they liked the feel of the new foam grips Razor has produced. They are just a tad small though.

So there's something to look forward to. Before, I had announced this, but I am confirming it since I actually got to see it.

this looks sweet but im just wondering about the headtube with it bein round like wont that make it hard for hangfives? and about the break is it still like the old break where it will wobble an get annoying unless u tamper with it? and yea is it as strong as a tsi deck would u say josh?

I can't compare it to a TSI, simply because I have not ridden a TSI long enough to be able to compare. Plus I haven't really ridden the final product enough either. But it's super solid. The guys from Proto were stoked on the scooter. Didn't hear an opinion from Andrew, but Jon, Dan, and Dylan were excited about it.

And the brake question. I noticed with some of the new shipments of Pro Models, the brake axles were bent straight out of the box. I do not know why, maybe poor manufacture error while installing the spring. But the Ultra Pro's fender was solid, no problems with movement, noises, or anything of the sort.
