I don't want to change the subject of the thread, but in my opinion, the death sentence is way to underused. We are in a recession, and a good way to improve our position, in my mind, would be just to get rid of all the funding we use for jail things that don't belong there. Like Andrew said, a bullet is cheaper than jail. I think the only reason that the death sentence isn't used, is because it hurts the people emotionally that do it. I heard that back in the shooting executions they had like 5 people and 4 were blanks.

naah it's because there have been cases where people have been sentenced to death but they turn out to be innocent, some of them even were put to death before it was found that they were innocent. But, I think that if there is very very very strong evidence pointing to someone being guilty of murder or something completely fucked up like raping an infant, a bullet is the best solution..Josh Serafin said:
