Omg this optical illusion makes ur eyes go funny. its sick tho.

The instructions are quite hard to hear but it says
" Keep your eyes in the middle of the 2 dots, when they start moving, keep looking in the middle of the dots, dont look at one of the dots coz you will fail it"
