im not reallly the complaining type but last monday i ordered Rad Raderalls 23x24 HIC , there was supposed to be " free shipping " on ALL orders that day , i DID receive an order comfimation but i was charged about 15 buck for shipping , now this is what gets me . . . if im paying for shipping , ALL orders should have tracking , i never received tracking of any sort , therefore i dont even know if my order has been shipped or anything , i can really care less about the 15 bucks , i just want to know if my stuff is on the way , NO i dont want the number because i called about 3 times and got no answer , great customer service would be a refund of the shipping i paid for and to know if the item i ordered was shipped , not trying to be a nag its just that ive been ordering from you guys for a while nd i think i should get better service than this . .

yeah i ordered a district v2i on black friday and never got an email or anything and its been about a week and a half and its not here.

man how long has it been since other companies started selling parts? and they still cant figure out how to treat there damn costumers... if you want to ride a lucky they have really good customer service..

Lucky and Inward are grrat. FD sent me the wrong colored clamp and i sent them 2 emails BEFORE they shipped saying the confirmation was wrong ans they chose to ignore both emails and my calls and send the wrong color anyway. Most likely not gonna order from them again.

they have a weird way of doing it, instead of emailing you tracking, they force you to make an account (i think) and then for the tracking, just log on to your account and click my items (or something along those lines)

doesnt proto run FD? heres the proto shop number here in vista its where andrew works and alex steadman worked but he moved :/ anyways heres the number to the shop, andrew should pick up, if not the office guy will. if you're gunna call you need to wait till monday, they arent open on the weekends.(760) 598-5000

i ordered from them on the 3rd of December and i didnt get a email :( but when i log in on freestyle depot and view the status it just says shipped, i do live in Australia and have ordered before and normally takes a week and a half so it should be here this week.
