Order Problem

Yeah so about a week and a half ago i ordered a Johann Sig Addict Deck, Mckeen Bars, Addict headset and Blue animal edwins.
I got the whole order yesterday and in the box i got everything except my grips were addict grips (which i don't really mind but they are a bit long) and my Addict deck only came with one plastic brake.
It's not the biggest problem but the brakes are plastic and they're weak so it would be nice to get the rest of them.

I ordered a Johann deck 3 weeks ago, and at first they refunded my order, saying it was a machine error, then they told me they had no more of them, but someone else said they had put one aside for me, but it was actually a scam; as they told me they had one so I ordered it, when really they didn't have one an just wanted my money. They never respond to my emails, and they act as if it was my fault for this, with no respect or courtesy. All I want is an Addict deck, damn. NOBODY ORDER FROM EAST2WEST
