when i had mine i had to tighten it so tight to be solid and it would not spin for shit and id loosen it up a bit and it would wobble

I love the Origin8 headsets. All headsets are precision pieces and you have to be careful with them. The bearings should fit in perfectly, if you are having to tap them in or press them in you probably have them at an angle. Take them back out and try to put them back in straight. Same thing with the cups, when you start bangin on the cups with hammers you are just asking for trouble. It's a pain in the ass to install an FSA crown race on most forks, but the Origin8 is split so it sets on there perfectly. To set your cups, take your time and use a vice with a couple of pieces of wood and you should be ok. Remember, a hammer is not a precision instrument.

no cuz it wobbles sometimes. and whenever its tight, it comes loose and tightens on its own again. its really weird

origin 8 headsets are super smooth and fast, but the crown race snaps so easy!
