looks much better...test it out and if it doesnt work, try a differnet metal because im not too sure how well that galvanized steel will work

It should work fine because underneath the zinc layer its the same mild steel that's in most forks. Regarding welding the zinc layer needs to be removed in the area to be welded.

Sick though, make the triangles (where the holes are for the axles) thicker if you could

Yeah, I am concerned about how easily the fork legs bent in when I tightened the axle.
